Can I choose my desk location?
Yes! During your onboarding tour, we'll show you all available desks and you can select your preferred spot. Window seats, quiet zones, and collaborative areas are available on a first-come basis.
What storage is included?
Each private desk comes with a lockable 3-drawer pedestal cabinet. Additional storage lockers (small/medium/large) can be rented from AED 100-300/month.
Can I bring my own monitor and equipment?
Absolutely. Each desk has a monitor arm, cable management system, and multiple power outlets. You're welcome to bring your own display, keyboard, and peripherals — or request equipment from us.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Monthly members can cancel with 30-day written notice. Quarterly and annual members can transfer their remaining term to another person or receive a prorated credit toward other HiveOne services.
Can I bring guests or clients?
Yes! Guest passes are included in quarterly and annual plans. Monthly members can purchase day passes for guests at AED 50/person. Meeting rooms are available for client meetings.
Are there quiet hours or noise policies?
Our coworking spaces have designated quiet zones at all times (no calls, no conversations). The main area maintains a professional noise level. Phone booths are available for all calls.
