What video formats are supported?
We support all major formats: MP4, MOV, ProRes, AVI, MKV, PowerPoint, Keynote, and direct streaming from YouTube, Vimeo, Netflix, and other platforms. Our AV team can assist with format conversion if needed.
Can I do a tech rehearsal before my screening?
Yes! Half-day and full-day bookings include a complimentary 30-minute tech check. For hourly bookings, you can add a 15-minute setup slot for AED 100. We strongly recommend rehearsals for important presentations.
Is food and drink allowed in the screening room?
Light refreshments are welcome — our in-room bar offers beverages and snacks. Full catering (hot food) is served in the adjacent lounge area during breaks. No red wine or messy foods in the theater seating area.
Can I live-stream from the screening room?
Yes! We have professional multi-camera live-streaming equipment. Our AV team can set up streaming to YouTube, LinkedIn, Zoom, or any custom RTMP destination. Additional AED 500 for streaming setup and operation.
What's the seating arrangement?
Theater-style tiered seating with premium reclining chairs and armrests. Rows are staggered for unobstructed views. VIP front row has extra legroom and side tables. Wheelchair accessible position available.
