Yes! For multi-day bookings, evening-before setup is complimentary. For single-day sessions, we offer 1-hour early access for setup. Our facilities team can arrange furniture to your exact specifications.
Is session recording available?
Yes! We have ceiling-mounted PTZ cameras and professional microphones. Recordings are provided in MP4 format via cloud link within 24 hours, or immediately on USB drive. Multi-camera recording available on request.
What catering options are available for training days?
We offer: Morning tea (AED 40/person), Working lunch (AED 70/person), Full-day package with morning tea + lunch + afternoon snacks (AED 120/person). All dietary requirements accommodated with 48-hour notice.
Can participants access WiFi?
Yes! We set up a dedicated WiFi network for your training with a custom SSID and password of your choice. Bandwidth is guaranteed for up to 40 simultaneous users with no throttling.
What seating configurations are available?
Classroom (40 pax), U-shape (20 pax), Boardroom (20 pax), Workshop clusters (32 pax in groups of 4-6), Theater (40 pax). We can reconfigure during breaks if your program requires multiple layouts.
Can I store materials between multi-day sessions?
Yes! Weekly and multi-day bookings include a secure storage area for training materials, equipment, and participant items. The room remains set up between sessions.
